I just bought a new hone, and was looking to see what my options were for a fireplace insert. Also to have my chimney inspected. Scheduling was quick and easy and Joe the owner came himself to let me know what my options were. A week later him and his son Josh were at my house replacing the liner of my chimney. The process was so quick and easy I will definitely be returning to them to have my fireplace insert installed!

Joe and his crew went seriously above and beyond while going through the process for getting our fireplace to work. Super helpful, educational, nice, and did amazing job. No one else will ever touch our fireplaces. They will take care of you. Trust.

Our entire experience with Northeastern chimney was amazing from start to finish! Scheduling a quote was easy, the owner came out and discussed our options. We felt like the thorough discussion of pros/cons was very helpful in deciding which option to go with. The guys who came to install our unit were extremely polite and cleaned up very well after everything. 10/10 would highly recommend doing business with them!

From initial phone call to the in-home visit, we had a good experience with them. Everyone was professional, courteous, and informative. The inspector was prompt and called to let us know his arrival time shortly before. He explained his process and findings and his inspection was thorough. We received a timely report the next day. We plan to continue using Northeastern.
