How It Works
1. Inside Photos (3 total)
- One wide photo of the full fireplace and hearth area.
- One photo inside the firebox (the interior walls of the burning area).
- One photo looking up the chimney flue from inside the firebox (if safely accessible).
2. Outside Photos (Total)
- One wide photo of the entire chimney from top to bottom.
- One close-up photo showing the specific exterior condition or areas of concern.
3. Fill Out Online Form & Attach Photos
We will examine your photos and respond with the best advice we can provide virtually, via a phone conversation or email correspondence.
